Short Batch Fee
If fewer birds are delivered than originally scheduled without at least 72 hours’ notice, the following fees will apply:

50 to 199 birds short: $75.00 fee
200 or more birds short: $125.00 fee

Cancellation Fee (with fewer than 10 days’ notice)
$150.00 per canceled date
Note: For smaller batches, this fee may be prorated at our discretion.

No-shows without prior communication will be charged 25% of the scheduled slaughter fee, based on the number of birds booked.

Rescheduling Fee (with fewer than 7 days’ notice)
$75.00 per rescheduled date

NOTE:If an emergency occurs that prevents timely delivery, please reach out as soon as possible. We may waive fees at our discretion based on circumstances.

Poor Feed Withdrawal Fee
$0.35 per bird, applied to the full batch due to systemic feed withdrawal failure (25%+ birds with full crops). Assessed at DRR Processing’s discretion.

Custom Packaging Adjustments

Applies when products are re-portioned or repackaged outside of our standard specifications based on weight or portion preferences.

$0.10 per bird

Example: Your standard packaging for breast portions is 2 per vacuum-sealed pack. If you request any packs over 1.75 lbs to be split into single portions, the Custom Packaging Adjustment fee applies.

Late Arrival Fee
Late arrivals past 7:30 AM will incur a $100/hour late fee to offset additional labor costs. This fee is separate from any inspector overtime charges due to tardiness.

We do our best to have your ground product ready with your regular order. If we’re in a high-volume week or packaging is backed up, please allow up to ten (10) days from slaughter for ground orders to be ready.
