  • Additional Service Fees

    Short Batch Fee
    When fewer birds are delivered than originally scheduled, the following fees apply:
    - 50 to 199 fewer birds than scheduled — $75.00
    - 200 or more fewer birds than scheduled — $125.00

    Cancellation Fee (with fewer than 10 days’ notice)
    $150.00 per canceled date
    Note: For smaller batches, this fee may be prorated at our discretion.

    Rescheduling Fee (with fewer than 7 days’ notice)
    $75.00 per rescheduled date

    Custom Packaging Adjustments

    Applies when products are re-portioned or repackaged outside of our standard specifications based on weight or portion preferences.

    $0.10 per bird

    Example: Your standard packaging for breast portions is 2 per vacuum-sealed pack. If you request any packs over 1.75 lbs to be split into single portions, the Custom Packaging Adjustment fee applies.

    We do our best to have your ground product ready with your regular order. If we’re in a high-volume week or packaging is backed up, please allow up to ten (10) days from slaughter for ground orders to be ready.
